CONDITIONS OF ORDER AND PURCHASE

The order can be done for all products that are out in stores and online are available. For products that are not available required to contact us by email sales@e-angelopoulos.gr . The price is for 1 piece in lev including 23% VAT. The price of the product does not include delivery and payment of charges, if any.

In order to obtain the right to make valid applications for purchase of goods offered in e-angelopoulos.gr., the user must fill your personal data into the registration form. Registration is free and is under contract to provide a service of www.e-angelopoulos.gr, with the ensuing rights and obligations. Following the introduction of user data (name, address, phone and email) www.e-angelopoulos.gr no responsibility for incorrect or entered incorrect information.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

By accepting these General Conditions shall be deemed that the User has given his consent to the collection, storage and processing by the supplier (in person or by any other person) to provide upon registration, order or purchase data, the provider performs these actions in terms the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations. All disputes between the parties shall be settled in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. If no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising from the contract between the parties or relating to it, including disputes arising from or related to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes about filling gaps in the contract or its adaptation to newly arisen circumstances, shall be resolved of competent court in Athens
